BMW Group South Africa is looking for youth in South Africa to submit their applications for the 2023 / 2024 Internship Programme.

BMW Group South Africa is currently seeking applications from recent graduates for their 2024 Graduate Programme. This program offers hands-on work experience in a fast-paced environment and encourages collaboration and innovation.

Location: Graduates will be based in Gauteng, either at the Midrand Campus or the Plant in Rosslyn.

About the Graduate Programme:

Open to graduates who will complete their studies by the end of 2023 or have finished within the past 18 months and are currently unemployed.
Participants can expect rotational on-the-job practical training in their field of study, technical and leadership skills training, mentoring, coaching, and exposure to collaboration in cross-functional teams.

Qualifications Required: A university degree or higher with an average pass mark of 65% in the following career streams:
