Adcock Ingram is looking for youth to apply for Sales and Marketing Internship Programme 2023 / 2024
Required Learning:
- A Matric qualification (which is the South African equivalent of a high school diploma) plus a Bachelor’s degree in one of the following fields:
- Marketing
- Sales and Marketing
- NSFAS funding experience will serve as an added advantage.
Key Outputs:
Job Purpose: The objective of the program is to provide qualified graduates with meaningful workplace experience.
Core Competencies:
- Intermediate Computer Literacy, including proficiency with MS Office Suite.
- Good interpersonal skills and self-driven/starter: The ability to work independently and be self-motivated.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills: The ability to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally.
- Ability to work under pressure: Demonstrated capacity to handle stress and meet deadlines.
- A self-starter with excellent customer service: A proactive approach to customer service.
- Must be able to work in a team and/or independently: Versatility in working collaboratively or individually.
- Experience in web design and content production is a big plus: Knowledge and experience in web design and content creation.
- Outstanding organizational and time-management skills: Efficiently managing time and organizing tasks.
- Excellent portfolio with a proven track record of successful project management examples: Demonstrable experience and success in managing projects.
